The process takes time, don’t expect the results to be visible in early few sessions. Query 9 : How many times in a week the therapy should be done?
Initially, The therapy should be done daily to achieve quick results.
After achieving satisfactory dryness, the therapy schedule is reduced to twice/thrice a week/fortnight to maintain dryness.

The therapy session should last for 20-24 minutes. 10-12 minutes on each polarity.
Query 11 : What is polarity and how to change it?
The flow of ions in a single direction is called polarity.

To change the polarity, you just have to stop the treatment during half of the duration of therapy and exchange the position of red and black banana plugs with each other to the device.

Query 16 : When should I start treating feet ?
In our more than 10 years of experience, we have observed that in 80% of cases feet get dry while treating palms only. So start by treating only palms, hopefully you would be among those fortunate 80% who don’t find need to treat feet separately. Else, you should start treating palms after almost 14 sessions of palms.

Query 17 : Are there any side effects of iontophoresis therapy?
As the treatment is designed to block activity of sweat glands, in rare cases, the treatment may cause excessive dryness of palms or feet. However, it can be easily avoided by applying any moisturizing lotion to palms/feet.
Query 18 : Is it normal to feel unbearable sensations at some specific spots on palms/feet during the treatment?
The treatment must produce mild tingling sensations. In case you feel severe sensations on specific spots, cover such spots with petroleum jelly and initiate the treatment. You won’t feel such sensations anymore. These unbearable sensations occur due to presence of cuts, wounds, dried patches caused by gym exercises or washing clothes. As soon as your skin gets normal, these sensations would get mild. Must apply a good moisturizer daily on palms to make the skin healthy and the treatment would also become more effective.

Water level should be between 500 – 600 ml in each tray.
Query 20 : Which type of water is best to use? Distilled or tap?
Tap water is best to use for iontophoresis treatment.

Usually, there is no need to add anything in water.

Query 29 : Do you deliver out of Pakistan ?

Query 31 : What if I receive a damaged equipment upon delivery.
Every equipment is properly checked for its functionality and packed securely before dispatch. If you belong to Lahore, you can open to check before payment. In other cities, courier services don’t allow that.
